Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of service blueprints and complex user flows that map out the entire lifecycle of a mission
• Own the full design cycle from deep-dive user research and discovery to ideation, high-fidelity prototyping, and developer handoff
• Build advanced, data-driven prototypes to validate complex workflows with users before production
• Research and implement AI-assisted design workflows and advocate for UX patterns that make AI features transparent and actionable
• Contribute to and evolve a specialized design system to ensure consistency across dashboards and mobile solutions
• Work closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and participate in customer discovery

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design, preferably in complex enterprise SaaS or industrial software
• Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Expert prototyping skills with the ability to simulate real-world data and logic
• Deep experience in Information Architecture and systems thinking to simplify high-density data
• Technical literacy in modern web technologies such as React and Node.js
• US Citizenship (future security clearance may be required)
