Responsibilities
- Lead early discovery by framing unclear problems and setting hypotheses
- Turn vague ideas into bold, innovative product concepts
- Design high-quality prototypes, journeys, service blueprints, and vision decks
- Facilitate alignment through workshops, design sprints, and co-creation with cross-functional teams
- Translate discovery findings into clear decisions, MVP scopes, and roadmap options
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years in product or UX design
- Strong portfolio of discovery-led case studies
- Expertise in design thinking, workshops, and design sprints
- Proficiency in prototyping and visual design
- Ability to work with uncertainty and without clean briefs
- Fluency in English and German (C1+)
