Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists to oversee the user experience from concept to launch
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation
• Own the bar for craft, execution, and production quality for the product team
• Influence the team's roadmap and product strategy through deep product understanding
• Present designs to the team and wider organization to drive alignment
• Identify gaps in the design system and contribute new UX patterns
• Participate actively in design critiques and organizational culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading design on end-to-end consumer products across web, mobile, desktop, or console
• Experience working on e-commerce products or platforms
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools
• Strong product thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences
• Mastery of design craft including typography, color theory, layout, and interaction design
• Compelling storytelling and pitching skills to influence leadership
• Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
• Experience contributing to and working with design systems
