Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Act as a design lead partnering with engineers, product managers, and analytics to oversee user experience from idea to market
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Manage personal timelines and deliverables while influencing product strategy and scope
• Collaborate with designers across the organization to ensure scalable and consistent user experiences
• Present designs to organizational leadership and design peers to build consensus
• Test, learn, and iterate on product features alongside product peers
• Use, maintain, and contribute components to the internal Design System library

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing modern consumer-focused products
• Proven experience as a design lead for multiple product teams
• High proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, Framer, Origami)
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for creating delightful product experiences
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
• Portfolio demonstrating primary design contributions for both desktop and mobile platforms
• Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and generative UI
• Frequent personal use of Discord
