Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design for highly technical platform features including governance, identity, access, and multi-org UX at massive scale
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer pain points and build shippable UI
• Drive the product roadmap and vision by developing deep subject matter expertise in technical domains
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and explore new design patterns to elevate the quality of admin experiences
• Communicate design decisions and proposals clearly to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Collaborate across platform teams to ensure a coherent user experience across different product contexts

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product design
• Proven experience designing data-rich interfaces and complex technical workflows
• Experience creating component-based design patterns and working within established design systems
• Fluency in AI-assisted workflows (e.g., using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma Make for research and prototyping)
• Strong technical collaboration skills and the ability to weigh engineering tradeoffs
• Exceptional craft and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, intuitive UX
