Responsibilities

• Shape how enterprises run on Console by designing intuitive and reliable AI agent systems
• Work closely with founders and customers to turn real workflows into simple, high-quality product experiences
• Drive work end-to-end, making product decisions and operating with high autonomy
• Navigate the full product lifecycle from ambiguity and customer requests to shippable designs
• Own all design aspects, including occasional brand tweaks, slides, or website updates

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience at early-stage startups
• Exceptionally high bar for craft and quality
• Strong IA and UX design thinking
• Full mastery of Figma
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert requests into product requirements
