About the Company

At Coframe, we're giving every website and app its own AI growth engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves, giving the internet its own sense of life and intelligence. We are a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the product offering
• Help shape the direction of the product and the future of generative UI
• Use design skills to help the AI system perform design engineering for customers
• Balance quality versus speed to ship features effectively

Requirements

• World-class product design experience using Figma
• Experience designing intuitive user experiences for complex products
• Demonstrated focus on driving business and product outcomes
• Strong sense of taste and aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, executive, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conversion optimization
• Early-stage startup or founder experience
