Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft meaningful products that help developers deliver applications faster
• Understand product domains and take responsibility for design functions in specific areas
• Think holistically about user journeys across the product
• Mentor junior design team members and provide constructive feedback
• Translate complex technical flows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to ship small, quick experiments to validate ideas
• Advocate for design decisions using data, research, and critical thinking

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS design experience for technical, developer, or enterprise products
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design and development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
• Technical fluency to open PRs and ship design changes directly to production
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and developer tooling
• Experience conducting user research and using data analysis to inform decisions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UX solutions to technical problems
• Experience with Lean UX methodologies
• AI fluency as a working practice within the design workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for API documentation, IDE extensions, or CLI experiences
• Prior experience with CI/CD platforms or build/test/deploy workflows
