Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a design expert to deliver the best possible experience for end users
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to code
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems
• Conduct evaluative user research and usability testing
• Coach and mentor UX Designers within the team
• Advocate for user-centered design and justify design decisions

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Designer role
• Proven experience building tech products (mobile & desktop) from the ground up
• Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
• In-depth understanding of usability guidelines and human-computer interaction (HCI)
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Sketch
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Invision, Maze, or Adobe XD
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Portfolio of past work is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of front-end code including HTML, SASS, CSS, and React
