Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze data to unearth insights that inform design and product decisions
• Generate user journeys, define personas, and create product hypotheses based on data sources
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, diagrams, and other artifacts to guide product development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, incorporating feedback and technical tradeoffs
• Work in an agile, iterative environment to move toward ideal designs in incremental steps
• Communicate design decisions clearly to build alignment across the organization
• Take initiative to help build design thinking and processes within a fast-scaling company

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a product design role developing web experiences
• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS environments
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Invision, Miro, or similar tools
• Experience building and contributing to design systems and style guides
• Strong expertise in interaction design, UI design, and the development of mocks/comps
• A comprehensive product portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact
