Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of complex, data-rich trading interfaces, including spot and derivatives trading, portfolio management, and market analysis tools.
• Translate deep understanding of trading workflows into strategic design decisions in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools daily to accelerate design workflows, including rapid prototyping, research synthesis, and design-to-code processes.
• Ship high-quality products from problem framing and user research through to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
• Evolve the design system with specialized components for trading data tables, charts, and real-time data displays.
• Champion trader insights and domain knowledge within the product organization to influence strategy and prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex, data-driven products, specifically within trading platforms, exchange products, or professional financial tools.
• Deep domain expertise in trading mechanics, including order types, market microstructure, liquidity, and professional trader workflows.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI/LLM tools (such as Claude, Gemini, or Figma AI) integrated into a professional design practice.
• Expert-level Figma skills and proficiency with modern prototyping tools.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to design holistically across complex product ecosystems.
• Proven ability to communicate design rationale effectively to engineers, product leadership, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments and managing ambiguity with high agency.
