Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end design process, including research, discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, style guide, and component library
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex ideas into user-friendly solutions
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to refine product experiences based on real-world feedback
• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas quickly and collaboratively
• Contribute to front-end code (HTML, CSS, React) to ensure design fidelity and speed up delivery
• Advocate for design excellence and improve Figma workflows and documentation across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful, shipped products
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems and driving adoption
• Proficiency with modern design tools including Figma, Miro, and Jira
• Strong familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity near Toronto, Canada
