Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Rework the current user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing
• Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience needs and pain points
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies
• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate interface concepts
• Evaluate existing UI to identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions
• Streamline complex workflows, interactions, and information architecture
• Ensure designs align with company brand identity and visual guidelines
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on improvements based on feedback

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with software development processes and technical feasibility
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
