We are building the industry’s first AI-native operating system for financial services, transforming how firms onboard clients, deliver advice, and manage critical servicing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Avantos Mobile App end-to-end, partnering closely with mobile engineering on platform-shaped patterns
• Own Journey Builder end-to-end, partnering with engineering on flow logic and step-orchestration patterns
• Make parity-vs-divergence calls between mobile and web experiences
• Contribute mobile-specific and journey-orchestration patterns back into the design system
• Run lightweight user research as part of the design process
• Help shape the culture, craft, and rituals of a growing design team

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Deep native mobile experience (iOS, Android, or both)
• Expertise in Figma and design systems
• Strong understanding of platform-shaped patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design)
• Ability to own surfaces end-to-end through ambiguity and iteration
• Comfort prototyping in code and with AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in B2B SaaS or fintech complexity
• Experience at consumer-grade mobile companies with high interaction craft
• Experience designing AI-native or agentic features
• Experience designing workflow, automation, or orchestration tools
• Previous experience in a small team or startup environment
