Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on onboarding and adoption experiences, including AI-powered and personalized workflows
• Rapidly prototype concepts, interactions, and product directions to accelerate learning
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers in an iterative development process
• Stay current on emerging AI and LLM capabilities to translate them into product experiences
• Use qualitative insights, experimentation, and product data to inform design decisions
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and interaction patterns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Portfolio demonstrating craft in onboarding, growth, or AI-powered experiences
• Strong prototyping skills and a maker mindset
• Deep curiosity about AI products and LLM interaction patterns
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft
