Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native workflows, including conversational interfaces and human-in-the-loop interactions
• Shape product direction by turning customer problems into intuitive experiences
• Prototype and validate ideas using modern design and AI-assisted tools
• Build and evolve a design system flexible enough to support customization
• Raise the bar for craft across every interaction, from typography to motion
• Partner directly with engineering, product, and partner-facing teams
• Work closely with engineers through implementation to ensure high quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
• Ability to create interactive prototypes that closely resemble production experiences
• Demonstrated ability to simplify highly complex workflows
• Experience designing and building platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or enterprise software
• Experience managing executive stakeholders, internal and external
• Proficiency using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions
