Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Build production-quality prototypes and ship production front-end code to validate UX direction
• Own and evolve the design system by building reusable components, patterns, and interaction primitives
• Translate design intent into high-quality React/TypeScript UI with attention to spacing, hierarchy, and motion
• Drive system scalability by identifying gaps and proposing improvements to the product ecosystem
• Partner with product designers and engineers to improve craft, feasibility, and implementation workflows
• Build interaction patterns and UI foundations for AI-native product experiences
• Contribute to design-system adoption through documentation, accessibility standards, and tooling like Storybook

Requirements

• Strong front-end fundamentals with comfort building interactive UI using React and TypeScript
• Experience shipping and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Strong eye for hierarchy, spacing, typography, and visual polish
• Ability to prototype quickly and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Clear communication skills to translate between design intent and technical constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in accessibility standards
• Experience with Storybook or similar tooling
• Experience with motion and animation
• Experience scaling design systems across multiple product surfaces
