Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own product work end to end from problem definition to shipping improvements
• Use LLM tools like Claude to clarify intent and draft PRDs
• Validate assumptions through self-serve customer research
• Prototype using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Translate validated concepts into high-fidelity Figma designs
• Design for the 80/20 rule, balancing simplicity with complex functionality
• Contribute to design patterns, culture, and team critiques

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing software
• Strong visual craft in composition, typography, and layout
• Proven experience leading design initiatives from discovery to launch
• Proficiency with interaction design and prototyping in Figma
• Experience using AI tools for workflow and prototyping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with designing for real-world office and field scenarios
