Senior Product Designer, AI/BI

Responsibilities

• Reimagine how users explore data using natural language and AI assistance
• Design interactions that make AI-generated insights transparent and trustworthy
• Create experiences that move from exploration to validation to action
• Enable collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business leaders
• Help define new design patterns for AI-native enterprise software
• Influence long-term AI/BI strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design work experience
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines
• Experience shipping digital products from idea to GA
• Ability to lead large and complex design projects
• Strong visual and interaction design skills rooted in UX research
• System thinking capabilities to design big-picture visions and tactical breakdowns
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products in Cloud, Developer Experience, AI, or Big Data
• Proficiency in React, SQL, CSS, or Python
