Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design, shaping problems and creating clarity
• Stay close to reality by observing clinicians and working with onboarding and support teams
• Push beyond obvious solutions while respecting constraints
• Raise the quality and coherence of the product through strong craft and polish
• Help establish the systems and ways of working that allow design quality to scale

Requirements

• Experience leading design within a cross-functional product squad
• Ability to explore widely and articulate trade-offs clearly
• Experience improving design quality, systems, or ways of working
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and evolving constraints
• Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS is a bonus
