Senior Product Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive product development across the Ninja Coffee category from concept through to production handover
• Translate consumer and market insights into innovative, high-quality products
• Develop and refine product concepts through sketching, CAD, prototyping, and engineering validation
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure products are desirable and feasible
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas using workshop facilities and test rigs
• Identify and tackle technical risks through structured testing and iterative development
• Support mechanism design, component development, material selection, and manufacturing feasibility
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support product industrialisation
• Benchmark competitor products and emerging trends within the coffee category

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in product design or product development
• Degree-level qualification in Product Design, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong CAD capability, ideally in SolidWorks or Creo
• Understanding of plastics and metal mass-production processes
• Experience delivering consumer products from concept through to market
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an iterative environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within consumer electronics, kitchen appliances, or coffee products
