Responsibilities

• Own the KYC layer of the onboarding journey, focusing on conversion rates and onboarding costs
• Build compliant, locally adapted KYC flows for new markets including the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
• Manage an ecosystem of 10+ identity verification and compliance vendors, including commercial relationships and negotiations
• Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation programme across desktop, mobile web, and app
• Act as the CIV team representative in cross-functional forums during the GC integration

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with KYC, KYB, identity verification, or regulated financial onboarding
• Proven track record of owning and optimizing conversion funnels
• Experience managing external vendor relationships with commercial accountability
• Ability to operate across multiple markets with varying regulatory requirements
• Senior PM level experience with the ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Risk
