Senior Product Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Support delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization
• Contribute to change management activities and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Document blockers and impediments to assist with resource availability and dependency management
• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage timelines
• Define and operationalize KPIs/OKRs to drive measurable improvements in delivery observability and data quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
• Experience in cross-functional delivery roles spanning analytics operations, data product delivery, or data governance
• Experience coordinating with Authentication & Identity or similarly sensitive domains
• Ability to establish reporting cadences and drive delivery observability
• Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics or Generative BI enablement patterns
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms, orchestration ecosystems, and contemporary visualization tooling
