Senior Product Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to execute delivery tasks and identify efficiency improvements
• Own defined processes within the Area Product Group, serving as a subject matter expert on user behavior and technical systems
• Break down solutions into deliverable components, refine technology user stories, and sequence the backlog
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, running cycles, tracking defects, and confirming business sign-offs
• Manage dependencies and raise blockers to the Product Delivery Manager to ensure adequate resource allocation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, testing/QA, or a relevant domain area
• Hands-on experience in story refinement, backlog sequencing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proven experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience with product deployment processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle and agile delivery practices
• Familiarity with test planning and defect tracking tools or methodologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a detail-oriented focus on acceptance criteria and documentation
