Senior Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for solution offerings, delivering training on applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers and dealer sales personnel.
• Conduct performance studies and assess jobsite efficiency to identify customer requirements and uncover incremental sales opportunities.
• Manage marketing technology tools and systems to advance the solutions offering roadmap.
• Design integrated solution offerings that align products, services, digital capabilities, and business processes to deliver customer outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex customer needs into scalable, repeatable solution designs.
• Influence solution direction through technical expertise and systems thinking in a senior individual contributor capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional, job-related experience.
• Proven expertise in value selling, positioning products and services around customer business outcomes.
• Experience with Caterpillar dealers in Sales, Operations, or Marketing spaces.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and providing report-outs to senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of dealer or distribution networks and collaboration with channel partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.
• Deep technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to solve complex business challenges.
