Senior Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define product scope with enterprise customers, aligning business needs with technical feasibility
• Lead product presentations and onboarding sessions for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with engineering and project teams to ensure successful, on-time implementations
• Manage the full activation lifecycle from initial kick-off to post-implementation support
• Act as a liaison after go-live to support adoption and prioritize business-impacting issues
• Identify product improvement opportunities through continuous discovery and direct customer contact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at LATAM customers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in an equivalent role
• Experience in the onboarding or activation of digital products, specifically for enterprise customers
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate environments with multiple interested parties
• Strong analytical mindset oriented toward insights from customer interactions
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage accelerated delivery timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish for working with customers across Latin America
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Notion, or Miro
• Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
• Understanding of API and integration concepts within enterprise landscapes
