Senior Product Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop new products and features for North America, ensuring effective risk assessments are completed prior to launch
• Manage state money transmission licensing requirements or consumer compliance regulations (e.g., Regulation E, UDAAP, CCPA, GLBA)
• Implement and manage a bank partner engagement program, developing key metrics to communicate program health
• Support the closure of regulatory compliance issues by building or enhancing existing controls
• Execute quarterly regulatory compliance risk assessments and present results to regional and global Risk Committees
• Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to provide senior management with visibility into the Regulatory Compliance Program

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, specifically focusing on implementing and enhancing controls
• Proven experience working within the US and Canadian markets
• Experience with cross-border payments and evaluating applicable regulatory controls
• Strong data analytics skills used to develop and inform Key Risk Indicators
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
• Legal authorization to work in the US
