Senior Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features and business priorities
• Own and manage the product backlog, creating and refining high-quality user stories
• Act as a representative of the scrum team for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams on feature development and technical feasibility
• Analyze user and market data to drive product usage and continuous improvements
• Define and track key product performance metrics and ROI
• Showcase progress through demos, walkthroughs, and client case studies

Requirements

• 4+ years in product, project, or business analysis roles
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog management)
• Experience in financial services or fixed income
• Recent experience with OMS/EMS API integration
• Working knowledge of SQL and database design
• Exposure to API-driven development
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
