Senior Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features and represent business priorities
• Own and manage the product backlog, creating and refining high-quality, actionable user stories
• Write clear acceptance criteria and work closely with engineering, UX, and business teams
• Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate feature completion
• Analyze user and market data to drive product decisions and produce insightful sales material
• Define and track key product performance metrics and KPIs to measure ROI and success
• Showcase progress through demos, walkthroughs, and client case studies to stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product, project, or business analysis roles
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Proven experience with Agile delivery techniques, including sprint planning and backlog management
• Experience in the financial services sector, specifically with fixed income
• Recent experience with OMS/EMS API integration with trading venues
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com
• Working knowledge of SQL and fundamental understanding of database design
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to API-driven development and technical product considerations
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
