Senior Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities through user research and market discovery
• Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
• Analyze and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets
• Write detailed requirements, epics, and user stories to support the development lifecycle
• Design detailed flowcharts to illustrate information architecture and process flows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and discovery processes
• Experience writing comprehensive requirements, epics, and user stories
• Strong data literacy and analytical problem-solving skills
• Technical proficiency in software development methodologies, APIs, and cloud concepts
• 3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience with advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management, process re-engineering, or strategy
• Experience working with global teams in customer-centric functions
• Understanding of the financial services industry, including Regulatory, Legal, and Risk environments
• Proven track record of delivering new product features
