Senior Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operations work
• Manage the product life cycle through planning, execution, and risk management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle (PDLC)
• Experience in product discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Experience writing technical stories in JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of software development methodologies including SDLC, Agile, and Scrum
