Senior Product Associate - Client Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities through user research and market discovery
• Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
• Analyze and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the development life cycle
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, and controls to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Write epics, user stories, and Gherkin acceptance criteria to guide development
• Lead UAT planning, defect triage, and the creation of product documentation and training materials
• Champion the product vision and align senior stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area delivering discovery-to-launch workstreams
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle (PDLC)
• Experience in product discovery and requirements definition
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and controls teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization
• Proven track record of launching products or features that achieve measurable business impact
