Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI performance by partnering with Product Managers to develop and monitor metrics for expansion markets.
• Serve as the primary analytical lead for product launches, conducting forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation.
• Influence product decisions through robust, actionable data insights and compelling data-driven arguments.
• Construct and maintain valuable data assets to help the team diagnose issues and understand product impacts.
• Identify and action opportunities to enhance team performance and continuously improve key metrics.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mind and product intuition, specifically within the banking or financial industry.
• Technical proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools.
• Proven experience working closely with technical teams, including Product Managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Experience working in complex, data-driven environments with limited guidance.
• Understanding of events data from tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into narratives.
• A "hustler" mentality with the ability to take work beyond analysis to ensure execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Fintech domain.
• Knowledge of data utilities such as Airflow, GitHub, or DBT.
• Experience working with user-facing products and related data sets.
