Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Optimize and launch North American KYC and controls to balance customer experience with financial crime prevention
• Lead critical remediation and repapering campaigns to uplift KYC standards for existing customers
• Architect and maintain scalable regional controls data infrastructure using dbt and Snowflake
• Identify and implement solutions to reduce onboarding risk across US and Canadian markets
• Drive strategy by setting and monitoring Controls and KYC KPIs for the North American market

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytical roles
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data pipeline and management tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, and Python
• Domain knowledge in Risk or Financial Crime, including managing trade-offs between risk and growth
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US Partner Banks or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) models
• Familiarity with the verification, KYC, and controls space
• Knowledge of US payment rails (ACH, Wires, RTP) and their specific fraud profiles
• Experience working within a high-growth Fintech environment
