Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze large volume data sets to generate actionable recommendations
• Develop data models and dashboards to solve new challenges
• Serve as the focal point for all data-related matters
• Manage multiple data initiatives and projects on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis
• Define and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and user behavior
• Participate in product-related decisions and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams globally to align with company goals
• Leverage modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and enhance self-service solutions
• Work with product management, analytics, algorithm, and policy teams to support analytical initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Three years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics
• Three years of hands-on product analytics or data science experience
• Advanced SQL experience with large-scale or cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Vertica)
• Proficiency with Python or comparable analytical programming languages
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled analytics tools to improve workflows
• Proven ability to lead analytical initiatives and communicate recommendations to global cross-functional stakeholders
