Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act in a hybrid role combining Product Owner and Project Specialist functions
• Manage technology backlogs including Discovery, Delivery, and QA for systems and apps
• Lead operational projects from scratch, including feasibility studies for infrastructure solutions
• Map and improve operational processes and design project scopes
• Align expectations with multiple stakeholders and negotiate scopes
• Translate operational pains into technical requirements for the Tech team
• Ensure alignment between operational bases and corporate areas through clear presentations

Requirements

• Practical experience in technology product management (Discovery, Delivery, QA)
• Experience in operational project management and process mapping
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and cost management
• Experience with Agile and traditional methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to scale productivity
• Strong communication skills and ability to create presentations in PowerPoint
• Resilience and ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management
• Technical understanding of architecture, APIs, and integrations
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
