Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of product releases across multiple environments from development through production
• Validate build deployments, installers, and promotion steps to ensure successful releases
• Assess release readiness and provide go/no-go recommendations based on technical validation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across application, API, data, and infrastructure layers
• Identify root causes of failures related to deployment, configuration, and system integrations
• Validate deployments across IIS-hosted applications, Windows services, APIs, and SQL Server environments
• Analyze system logs, API payloads, and database behavior to diagnose technical issues
• Partner with engineering teams to validate fixes and proactively identify technical risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, application support, QA, or development
• 5+ years of experience working with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple environments
• Experience working with APIs and service-based architectures
• Experience with deployment pipeline tools such as GitHub workflows or Azure DevOps
• Experience working with IIS-hosted applications and Windows services
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze data
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills across application and infrastructure layers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare or claims processing systems
• Experience working in offshore or distributed delivery models
• Experience with performance troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Familiarity with complex enterprise platforms and integrated systems
