Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules, including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze complex business requirements from global teams
• Troubleshoot complex data flow and integration errors across Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro
• Drive improvements to dunning and collections processes to support cash flow goals
• Support NetSuite financial close and reconciliation activities ensuring compliance with SOX, SOC, and ASC 606
• Create dashboards and actionable insights using SuiteAnalytics and RevPro Analytics
• Champion AI-powered initiatives leveraging GenAI and AWS to automate manual reconciliation and streamline workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
• Hands-on expertise in NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, and SavedSearch
• Proven ability to integrate O2C processes with Salesforce, Celigo, Zuora RevPro, and Avalara
• Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, and compliance standards (SOX, ASC 606)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
• CSPO or CBAP certification
• Experience with iPaaS solutions like Boomi
• Familiarity with AWS and building AI-powered applications in a finance context
