Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Management to define and track KPIs related to autonomy, operational performance, productivity, reliability, and safety
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand root causes and derive actionable recommendations
• Design and evaluate experiments such as feature rollouts and A/B tests
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on commercial deployments and customer usage to identify feature gaps
• Collaborate with the Data team to improve tracking, instrumentation, and data pipelines
• Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance trends
• Support executive and board-level discussions with product insights
• Travel occasionally to commercial deployment and operations locations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics in high-growth tech environments
• Experience leading Product Analytics teams and mentoring junior analysts
• Proficiency in querying large datasets with Python and Kibana
• Experience creating dashboards and automating reporting
• Proven track record of partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations
• Ability to connect technical metrics to real-world business outcomes
• Experience structuring ambiguous and complex problems into data-driven insights
• Degree in data analytics, data science, or equivalent work experience

• Strong storytelling skills to influence product direction
• Interest in autonomous systems, logistics, or mobility technology
