Responsibilities

• Own and improve card performance capabilities including Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS
• Analyze payment performance metrics to drive data-driven initiatives for conversion and reliability
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to investigate issues and deliver solutions
• Lead discovery initiatives to evaluate new technologies and providers to increase approval rates
• Establish monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and processes for the payments ecosystem
• Stay updated on industry trends and payment technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into product decisions
• Experience driving initiatives within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for analysis and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with card technologies like smart routing or anti-fraud solutions
• Experience working with payment providers, acquirers, issuers, or card schemes
• Proficiency with SQL, Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, or Looker
• Experience with iterative product development and experimentation
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
