Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive analysis across customer funnels and journeys to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
• Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and influence prioritization through data-led recommendations
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy and success metrics
• Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics capabilities
• Mentor and support junior analysts to raise the bar for analytical quality

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Solid grounding in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong experience with Python (pandas, NumPy)
• Proven experience leading A/B testing programs and influencing product decisions
• Significant experience analyzing customer behavior in digital products or e-commerce
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience working closely with Product teams and influencing senior leadership
