Senior Producer, Social

Responsibilities

• Own the social content strategy, editorial direction, and day-to-day execution for FOX Sports College Football and College Basketball accounts
• Lead and develop a team of producers, establishing creative standards, workflows, and performance expectations
• Lead real-time social coverage during live games and major tentpole events, serving as the primary decision-maker in war room environments
• Oversee the production of social and digital content, including video editing, motion graphics, and story development
• Create and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Threads
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation workflows and production efficiency
• Utilize audience insights and performance data to inform programming priorities and long-term planning

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience leading digital, social, or content production teams
• Experience managing social coverage for major sporting events or breaking news events with large-scale audiences
• Extensive experience leading live-event social coverage in high-pressure war room environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects
• Deep expertise in College Football and College Basketball, including recruiting and player narratives
• Proven experience incorporating AI tools into content creation, editing, and research workflows
• Demonstrated success creating high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events as required
