Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking teams through translation and interpretation
• Manage strategy for developing production for a portion of the new game development portfolio
• Drive task prioritization and milestone tracking to keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Coordinate with external partners, including development, localization, and marketing teams
• Optimize workflows for mobile-first development and cross-platform expansion
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions

Requirements

• At least 8 years of translation and production experience in the video game industry
• Expert level fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Understanding of mobile game development content production processes
• Experience working with external development partners or remote teams
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
