Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Own the full production pipeline for externally developed experiences in Japan, from developer pitch and selection through GTM and sustain
• Build and manage relationships with Japan-based game developers of all scales
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with Japanese IP holders, including anime, manga, and character licensors
• Drive the green light process and manage full budgets for Japan external development projects
• Define, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone plans
• Oversee localization planning and execution to ensure high-quality localized products
• Manage live operations and sustain strategies for Japan external titles

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in game production with ownership of budgets and schedules
• Proven experience driving green light and milestone approval processes
• Deep knowledge of game development disciplines including engineering, design, art, and QA
• Experience managing relationships with Japan-based game developers
• Experience managing IP partnerships with Japanese licensors
• Native or near-native Japanese proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong English proficiency for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion-based, interactive, or family-focused games
• Existing relationships with Japan-based game developers or IP licensors
• Experience working in a global publishing organization
• Familiarity with live operations frameworks and data-driven decision making
