Mob Entertainment is a startup multimedia studio best known for the hit indie horror game "Poppy Playtime." The franchise has garnered over 100 billion YouTube views, and the team is expanding to shape the future of narrative-driven gaming.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development process from concept to release, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, and QA testers to define project goals and milestones
• Create organizational structures, processes, and project plans for efficient high-quality production
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Act as the central communication point for the development team and stakeholders
• Work with the Game Director to translate creative concepts into actionable development plans
• Oversee game launches, coordinating marketing and community engagement efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Game Producer with successful game launches
• Experience working in-engine with Unreal Engine and familiarity with its systems
• Strong understanding of game design, art, programming, and QA processes
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
