Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multi-million dollar experiential activations, broadcast commercials, and massive out-of-home (OOH) takeovers
• Manage complex structural builds, tech integrations (AR/AI), and high-foot-traffic city permitting
• Oversee fast-turnaround social content, digital assets, and influencer-led productions
• Architect meticulous budgets ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000+
• Navigate scope creep, vendor negotiations, talent fees, and margin retention
• Maintain a network of fabrication shops, directors, AV tech partners, editors, and sound designers
• Partner with Creative Directors during ideation to assess feasibility and production solutions

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of agency or brand-side experience as an Integrated, Experiential, or Content Producer
• Proven portfolio of both massive activations/broadcast and digital/social-first campaigns
• Deep knowledge of the Tri-State production landscape, including local unions and permitting bodies
• Familiarity with modern content workflows and editing platforms like Adobe Premiere
• Experience with event technologies such as LED tracking and projection mapping
• Advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, or production budgeting software
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship
