Senior Producer, Live Production

Responsibilities

• Manage production for General Sessions, Product Launches, Dealer Meetings, Press Events, and Consumer Events
• Interface directly with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams
• Act as Senior Producer for breakout sessions, electronic media, and ancillary events
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Manage key vendor relationships and oversee RFP processes
• Ensure thorough closing and reconciliation processes for events
• Lead and motivate Producers, Technical Directors, Content Managers, and Associate Producers
• Manage program budgets to ensure projects are on or under budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer in live event production
• Strong skills in creating and managing program budgets
• Knowledge of theatrical and technical staging including lighting, audio, video, and scenic
• Knowledge of social media integration in live events
• Experience with rich media, presentation graphics, and digital/printed media
• Established resource database of creative, production, and technical partners
