Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Oversee content production for concerts, festivals, and social media marketing across video, photo, and audio creative for over 200 tours annually
• Create and develop audio, video, and photo content for artists, events, and promotional social channels
• Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and project deadlines using specialized software
• Plan video shoots, including scouting locations, selecting equipment, and developing production schedules
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and artist management regarding contracts, copyrights, and clearances
• Implement new processes and tools to scale production volume and improve workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with internal creative, social, and PR teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional content production experience
• Proficiency in Hot Budget, Movie Magic, or related budgeting applications
• Strong knowledge of unions and traditional film production environments
• Hands-on experience with lighting, sound, and video production equipment
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
