Senior Producer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end production process for EdTech curriculum development and platform integration
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison between curriculum developers, engineers, designers, researchers, and educators
• Establish and refine production pipelines to improve team efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish rigorous testing and review processes
• Balance artistic, educational, and technical aspects of interactive curriculum development

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in EdTech, interactive media, or digital product development
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex digital projects
• Strong understanding of digital development processes and interactive experiences
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical, creative, and educational stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live service products, release pipelines, and build processes
• Background in EdTech or deep understanding of educational principles
• Experience defining features that bridge different disciplines or technical systems
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks like Unreal, Unity, or Godot
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
