Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, ticket generation, delegation, and team task assignments
• Own multiple .com, digital/social advertising, and digital product development tracks of work independently
• Manage client communications, providing updates and ensuring deliverables meet expectations
• Track project progress and adjust plans to address delays or issues
• Run quality control to ensure work meets creative and technical standards
• Develop and execute processes while maintaining documentation and training team members
• Mentor other Producers and ensure alignment across all tasks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing large digital projects in a creative agency or in-house marketing department
• Hands-on experience managing production workflows, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Experience managing digital product projects such as marketing tools, websites, or apps
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal liaison
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen interest in AI and automation
